This creates a Help Desk Ticket and you will then receive an email confirming that one of our Customer Support Team will pick this up during normal office hours.

Once we have answers or if we need further information, you will get an email from Kenwood Support.

Please check you email spam folder if you do not get receive a confirmation.

At anytime you can update details and respond to request for further information in your ticket via the Help Desk system.
